Physician Assistant

Brett Wassink received his M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Southern Illinois University. He completed his B.S. in Biochemisty at Dominican University. Brett also completed the IBJI physician assistant orthopaedic residency program.
Brett assists Dr. Jimenez in all pre and post operative patient care as well as in the operative procedure. Brett Wassink also serves as didactic coordinator for the IBJI PA Orthopaedic Residency Program which is associated with Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

Brett has been with IBJI since 2013.

Tracy received a M.S. in Exercise Science/Health Promotion from the University of Oklahoma as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. She completed her B.S. in Sports Medicine at Bowling Green State University. Her responsibilities include management of all research endeavors, such as grant proposals and the generation of funding for research. She also coordinates the didactic activities of Dr. Jimenez.

Tracy Sferra is also the course coordinator for the annual Chicago Trauma Symposium. The course has grown to become preeminent for orthopaedic trauma education.

Tracy has been with IBJI since 2000.
